Cancellation, Refund and Exchange
If your order hasn't been shipped yet and you placed it with a membership; you can cancel it from the account section on our website. If you placed an order without membership; you can contact us at 0242 345 6677 support line or [email protected] email address. It is not possible to cancel shipped orders through the website. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the return process in the account section.
You can return the product that you are not satisfied with for any reason within 14 business days following the delivery. You can initiate your return process by providing the shipment code via XXX with the condition that the shipping fee is paid by the receiver. It is very important that the products to be returned or exchanged are sent complete, undamaged, unused, unwashed.
There is no difference if you make payment by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or credit card. Once the return process is completed and the returned product reaches us, the refund will be processed to you within 15 business days.
In cases of Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges where there is no defect originating from the seller, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
