CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONSGENERAL:
1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG:27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. Shipping charges, which are the product shipment costs, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, not exceeding the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers can terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and, if any, with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.
6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
1. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
1. If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card on which the buyer made the payment was used unfairly by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the contractual product to the seller within 3 days at the expense of the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
1. If unforeseen force majeure occurs for the seller and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the hindrance is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order and has made the payment in cash, the seller will return this fee in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
1. The buyer will inspect the contractual goods/services before receiving them; they will not receive damaged and defective goods/services like crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the cargo company. The accepted goods/services will be deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that they notify the seller via the contact details below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to them or to the person/organization at the indicated address.

PERIOD FOR EXERCISING WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
1. If the purchase is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. There is no right of withdrawal for service contracts where the service has begun to be performed with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the seller.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not be used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions stipulated in this contract.
USAGE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it should be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Orders whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed without issuing a RETURN INVOICE.)
2. The return form, the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with their box, packaging, and all standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
1. The seller is responsible for returning the total amount and the documents that put the buyer in debt, to the buyer within 10 days at the latest after the withdrawal notification reaches them, and must take back the goods within 20 days.
2. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the buyer, or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the damages of the seller according to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration due to the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.
3. If the campaign limit amount set by the seller is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the amount of the discount utilized within the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
1. Products prepared according to the buyer's request or clearly personal needs and unsuitable for return, lower parts of undergarments, swimwear, and bikini bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods at risk of deterioration or that are likely to expire, products that, once delivered to the buyer, are not suitable for return for reasons of health and hygiene if the package is opened by the buyer, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, subscription contracts outside the scope of provided ones, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, or if the packaging of audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables has been opened by the buyer, their return is not possible as per the Regulation. Furthermore, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal for services that begin with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends, according to the Regulation.
2. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, duplicable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in order to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
1. If the buyer is in default when performing payment transactions by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest under their credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may proceed through legal means, may demand the expenses and attorney fees from the buyer, and in every case where the buyer is in default due to their debt, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for any loss or damage incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
