Information Notice on the Processing and Transfer of Personal Data Within the Scope of Commercial Electronic Messages

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation, as CADDE LUXE , we have the obligation to inform you as a data controller. This text aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights as a data subject.

Any personal data and information about your purchases that you provide to the Company will be handled in accordance with the legislation by the Company and its partners, business partners, successors, service providers, suppliers, and other third parties/organizations required for the processing purpose determined by the Company (including social media and online advertising network operators). It is processed for the purpose of enabling you to benefit from products, services, and facilities, and for the performance of any product, service promotion, advertisement, communication, promotion, sales, marketing, store card, credit card, and user/member/customer transactions. Your personal data will be processed and transferred in cases clearly stipulated by laws, in cases where your data is made public by you, in cases necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, when it is mandatory to fulfill legal obligations, and also in cases where it is necessary to process and transfer data for the establishment, exercise, or protection of rights and where it is necessary/required for the legitimate interests stipulated here and in the laws without harming fundamental rights and freedoms. Your personal information such as name, surname, nickname, age/date of birth, gender, living area, address and delivery address, mobile/home/work telephone numbers, and email addresses may be processed using all automatic/non-automatic methods (from information you provide orally/in writing to the Company and the institutions mentioned above, from visits to and interactions with stores and/or their physical-digital environments including mobile applications and websites, from membership and transaction information on social media and advertising network operators' sites, from member/user/customer transactions and shopping satisfaction on/within the Company and the aforementioned institutions, and from various environments and places involving the use of internet and communication devices and/or mobile applications, comprising obtained/verbal, visual, and technical data). This data will be processed in domestic and overseas written/magnetic archives for the maximum legal periods and for the period prescribed according to the nature of the information, not exceeding the purpose for which it is processed, and can be transferred among the persons/organizations mentioned above domestically and overseas when necessary.

You have the right to learn, know, and request information under this regulation regarding the collection method and legal reason for your personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, to whom and for what purpose it may be transferred, whether or not personal data has been processed, its relationship with business processes if processed, whether it has been used consistent with the intended purpose, and whether it has been transferred domestically and overseas, and to request that inaccuracies be corrected in case of incomplete or incorrectly processed data. You can also request the deletion or destruction of your data according to the legal conditions and procedures and request notification of this to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred. If you face a result against you from an analysis of your personal data via automated systems, you have the right to object and, in case of loss due to illegal processing, you have the right to request the compensation for the damage. For all these matters, you can apply to the data controller specified below by the Company within the conditions prescribed by the legislation, and the appropriate procedure will be followed to provide you with a written or electronic response in compliance with the legislation.
